Today is my sweethearts 36th Birthday! Ethan had him open one of his gifts last night because he just couldn't keep it a screct anymore. You should have seen the drama...Ryan wanted to wait till today and Ethan started jumping up and down, saying "please, please, please open it now". He even started crying! I gave in and told Ryan to just open it and so he did. We got him a wireless guitar for our PS2 and his Guitar Hero games. It is pretty cool looking to and of course Ryan had to try it out. Ethan was so happy he was playing "air guitar" along with his Dad. It was so cute!
We are going to dinner as a family tonight and then we are having our friends the Ropers over for cake and ice cream on Saturday.
We also got the good news that our condo pasted inspection and there is nothing we need to do with it before closing. Yeah! The new house is being appraised this week and we should be good to close on the 28th on both houses. Joy!
