Yeah - we got an offer on our condo! It came in a little low so we made an counter offer to them. We hope that they take it because we think it is a nice middle ground. Its hard because we can only go so low or we won't be able to get enough of a down payment for a new home for us.
Anyway if they take it we are going to have to find a house fast, because the buyers want to be in here by the end of February!! We have about 4 houses we want to look at, 2 in Roy, 1 in Clearfield and one here in North Ogden. I hope we can pull this off and if we do we won't be blogging for a few weeks.
