New Home??

We think we have found a house we like and at a really great price. It is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath w/2 car garage and a big family room. It has a great big "sunset" deck and a huge back yard. It's a block from the elementary school and it looks like there are lots a kids around for Ethan and Holly the play with. We are going to make the offer today if possible. Ryan is out of town so I hope I can make the offer myself.

Now we just need to sell this place. We had someone look at it yesterday and are just waiting to hear what they thought.

Anyway that is were we are and we are just praying everything works out.
