We are half way there... our offer, or rather our second counter offer was accepted!! Here is a picture of the deck in the back of the house. Ryan loves this aspect.Now that we have a house to move to, we just have to sell our condo.
The virtual tour guy came today and took the pictures of our condo for our virtual tour that will be posted on the internet tonight. Between the internet and the advertising that is going out this weekend we hope we will have some interest drummed up.
Now we are just praying everything works out. Keep the faith, right...
